Edward joined us in 2015 as a qualified adviser. Ed has been in the insurance industry since 2000 and has worked closely with Johanna most of that time. He understands our values and is passionate about helping our customers find the right cover, which is why he’s a great addition to the The Insurance Place team.

Lee, our Client Care Manager, looks after all our customer enquiries. She’ll most likely be the voice on the other end of the phone when you first call. Lee, who has been with The Insurance Place since early 2008, has been in the insurance industry since 2004. As a child, Lee travelled overland from the UK to New Zealand and from that journey she developed a fascination for diverse cultures and languages, along with a respect for the different ways people live.
James takes care of our admin and supports the rest of the The Insurance Place team and our customers. With his service ethic and insurance industry experience, James helps ensure a high standard of customer care.
The Insurance Place has been a financial supporter of Auckland’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter service for over 15 years. What we love most about this corporate sponsorship is that we are backing the team who save lives. These people are making the world a better place. While the Trust receives some government funding, it relies heavily on the community for support.
